Our Values

For nearly 60 years, we have been affiliated with the
Assemblies of God, a worldwide group of over 68 million followers of Jesus!
Here in the US over 2 million gather weekly in AG churches.  

Two words that help define Southpointe:  Evangelical & Pentecostal 

Evangelical – We believe that the Bible is the Word of God
and we base our church upon it. We share our faith – evangelize – far and near,
sharing the Good news of Jesus here in Sacramento and around the world.

Pentecostal – We believe that the ministry and gifts of the
Holy Spirit are for us today! This word comes from Acts 2, when the Holy Spirit
was poured out on the early church at the feast of Pentecost.

Southpointe Christian Center is affiliated with
the Assemblies of God, Northern California-Nevada District.
