Pastor Kim Boyd
Associate Pastor

Kim Boyd currently serves as Associate Pastor/Business Administrator. She attended business college directly out of high school. She completed Berean courses and received her Certificate of Ministry in 1997. Prior to full time ministry, she worked in the office furniture installation field as well as waiting tables and homeschooling her children. During this time, she was actively involved in women’s and couple’s ministries here at Southpointe. During her time serving in lay ministry, she spent two years serving at The Destiny Center in Texas, before returning to California and becoming a part of the staff here at Southpointe.

Her goal is to see the body equipped with the word of God and strengthened with His Spirit. As well as seeing the lost come to Christ; and for them to know that there is a “Wonderful” life prepared for them. Her desire is to see people pulled from the pit and directed to Christ. She deeply cares about those who are struggling and desires to see them win all of their battles.

Pastor Kim came to the Lord in 1984, here at Southpointe along with her wonderful husband Bryon. They have been married for 31 years and have both been actively serving the church since their conversion. She has three incredible children; and so far, three joyous grandchildren!
